Rachel Franzen received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida and she is an Autonomous Board Certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, having received her Masters from the University of South Florida. She has over 13 years of experience in a broad range of practice areas with an emphasis on geriatric health and wellness. Rachel works with Dr. Walsh and Dr. Broadway as part of AdvocateMD’s coordinate care team, providing you with the best health care and patient experience possible. “From a very young age I had a calling to help. In my earlier career I did that by working in social services before ultimately deciding to pursue medicine. In the last 7 years working in primary care I have found that as we all grow and change through the years our needs for age appropriate all-encompassing health care do as well. I aim to be a provider that realizes not one size fits all when it comes to your health. A personalized health care plan of action created by up-to-date medical guidelines and your health care desires is what the provider patient relationship should look like and what I aim to achieve in practice. My passion is helping you define and achieve your best health, on your terms, with up to date medical and holistic care.”
