From I-75 - Take the Jacaranda Blvd/ County Hwy-765 exit, EXIT 193, toward Englewood/ Venice. Turn right onto Jacaranda Blvd. Take the 1st right onto Commercial Ct. 417 Commercial Ct, Venice, FL 34292-1648, 417 Commerical Ct is on the left.
Frequent doctor visits to keep you healthy and out of an urgent care situation. This is about every three months. These visits will not be rushed visits. You will have plenty of time with your doctor to make sure you get to ask any and all of your questions. We will also focus on a prevention and wellness plan at each visit.
You will receive check in calls from our care team to make sure you are taking your medicines and make sure you don’t have any questions for your doctor.
Yes, all of our physicians are Board Certified.
As we settle into our new office we are hopeful that in 2022 we will be able to offer house calls for our patients. In the meantime, we do offer Telehealth appointments for those patients unable to make it to our office.
